Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC)

  • In our 2 year program, you will: (1) have one-on-one coaching with a skilled, veteran administrator, (2) develop Individualized Leadership Plans (ILPs) throughout the 2 years, (3) participate in individualized professional learning experiences, and (4) create a culminating portfolio representing two years of leadership development based on the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL).

CASC Coach Orientation

  • The KCOE Coach training prepares coaches to support new administrators enrolled in the Clear Administrative Services Credential program.

    Leadership Coaches will provide a minimum of 40 hours per year of individual coaching to candidates enrolled in the KCOE CASC program.

Growing Greatness: Planting the Seeds for Success

  • This series provides an additional layer of support, empowerment and connection for the beginning teacher. Session topics include Setting up for Success, Engaging Instruction, Meet the Experts, Assessment and Data, and Wrapping Up and Moving On. For PreK - Grade 12 teachers with 0-5 years of experience including interns, PIPs, and STSPs. 

    Each one-hour virtual session is followed by targeted individualized support in the form of coaching/mentoring at the convenience of the participant.

    $250.00 per participant (fee waived for KCOE NTI Candidates)

    Session 1:   Thurs., August 19th

    Session 2:   Wed., October 20th

    Session 3:   Wed., December 8th

    Session 4:   Wed., March 2nd

    Session 5:   Wed., April 20th

    All sessions are from 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Professional Learning for Teachers

  • Building capacity and teacher effectiveness in today's changing learning environment. 

    $75 per session or $450 for the entire series (fee waived for KCOE NTI Candidates) - Course Credit is Available

    October 12th - Inclusion Practices that Support all Learners

    November 17th - Building a Positive Culture with SEL Strategies

    February 15th - ELD: Accessible Learning Experiences for English Learners

    March 9th - Engaging Disengaged Youth

    April 26th - Writing Our Own Stories: Culturally Responsive Writing Instruction

     

    All sessions are from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
