The TPP program helps high school students with disabilities to connect to DOR while still in high school.  This gives the students time to complete necessary paperwork and make post-secondary training and career decisions prior to leaving high school.  By working to correct issues early that may prevent students from receiving post-secondary training or employment upon graduation, students are more prepared to meet their post-secondary goals.
