CASC Coach Orientation

The KCOE Coach training prepares coaches to support new administrators enrolled in the Clear Administrative Services Credential program.
Leadership Coaches will provide a minimum of 40 hours per year of individual coaching to candidates enrolled in the KCOE CASC program.

In our 2 year program, you will: (1) have one-on-one coaching with a skilled, veteran administrator, (2) develop Individualized Leadership Plans (ILPs) throughout the 2 years, (3) participate in individualized professional learning experiences, and (4) create a culminating portfolio representing two years of leadership development based on the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL).

Beginning Teacher Support

This series provides an additional layer of support, empowerment and connection for the beginning teacher. Session topics include Classroom Management in a Virtual Environment, Engaging Instruction, Meeting Individual Student Needs, Assessment and Data, and Wrapping Up Your School Year. For PreK - Grade 12 teachers with 0-5 years of experience including interns, PIPs, and STSPs.
Each one-hour virtual session is followed by targeted individualized support in the form of coaching/mentoring at the convenience of the participant.

Session 4: Thurs., Mar. 11th
Session 5: Tues., May 4th
