Cancellation Policy

  • Kings County Office of Education understands the occasional need to reschedule programs. If a participant must cancel a scheduled KCOE IVC program we ask that they send notification in writing via email 10 working days prior to the conference. If less than the 10 working day notice, districts may be charged or funds forfeited.  If cancelling U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks programs there will be a $25 cancellation fee if after the 10 working day notice.

Please note the Distance Learning Cancellation Policy below.
