Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC)
In partnership with Madera County Superintendent of Schools, we offer Bridges to Leadership, a fully online, 17 month Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program.
Bridges to Leadership – PASC is a program designed to prepare a cadre of highly effective aspiring administrators committed to working to continuously improve teaching and learning. The focus will be on the continued implementation of a vision and school culture that focuses on equitable learning opportunities so all students graduate ready for college and careers.
Bridges to Leadership - PASC has been approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing as an alternative, non-university based program. The program is composed of online learning experiences, collaborative learning activities and fieldwork.

Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Requirements
- Valid Clear California Teaching Credential
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience or equivalent by completion of program
